Horrible communication within staff. Ridiculous wait and they tell u inaccurate wait times. I signed in around 10:40am finally asked to come back , it was 2:50pm . When I didn't go back they said they were not ready and I have to wait another 30-40min… it’s been over another hour. They obviously need to come up with a better system to accommodate their patients in a timely manner.

I paid $690 for two stiches for my dog and in 4 days the stiches came apart and the Clinic wanted to charge me full price again to put 2 more stiches in the eye lid. I refused and will dispute the cost for another Veteran Clinic to put 2 more stiches in the eye lid if possible. I will then dispute the charge because they should not charge me full price again in 3 days to do it again! I will never go back because of the delay in getting in and the inconvenience and over charging to this surgery.

Do not take your pets here. They deserve better care then what this shithole has to provide. I sadly put my baby to sleep NOV 7TH in this facility that told me I would have my baby’s ashes in 2 weeks. I then called 11/13/2020 for a status on them and was told they had not arrived yet but they would reach out to me as soon as they did. I call today 12-1-2020 literally close to a month since my baby’s passing and I’m being told that the ashes arrived 11/21/2020... WHEN NO ONE REACHED OUT TO ME.Makes no sense!!! I then proceede... read more

Too many miscommunications about the health of my cat, too many "I don't know and maybe", and constant overcharging. I ask to speak to a technician whose advise is so different from others. I am told that even if I do not take enough food you guys can provide; only to turn around and have someone tell me you never feed the pets. I had my cat spayed at your facility and when I picked her up the "technician " had her dangling in the air instead of centering the carrier. Worst ever

Schedule routine visits so that when a true emergency comes through, you don't turn them away. Have a tech TRIAGE the animal to assess severity.

Took very good care of my baby and were upfront about costs. Didn’t sugar coat anything especially when it came to my baby’s quality of life. He suffered an embolism, they kept him overnight to see if they could do anything and to rule out any other causes. Unfortunately, we had to say to goodbye to our baby. We went back in after the 24hr stay and the veterinarian was brutally honest. Said euthanasia was the only option because my baby would be in pain and paralyzed. Even if he did pass the embolism, he could have another o... read more

Go to Airway for emergencies. NOT HERE. I made a few attempts to bring my cat to this clinic for a major surgery after being referred here from the East Lake clinic. On the first visit: we sign in and we had to wait outside in the car, to be fair they did warn us that it was busy and that it might be a long wait. We waited for over an hour and decided that we would come back the next day when we had more time. When we went the following day, it was the same process: Step insi...Continue Reading
