Horrible communication within staff. Ridiculous wait and they tell u inaccurate wait times. I signed in around 10:40am finally asked to come back , it was 2:50pm . When I didn't go back they said they were not ready and I have to wait another 30-40min… it’s been over another hour. They obviously need to come up with a better system to accommodate their patients in a timely manner.
I paid $690 for two stiches for my dog and in 4 days the stiches came apart and the Clinic wanted to charge me full price again to put 2 more stiches in the eye lid. I refused and will dispute the cost for another Veteran Clinic to put 2 more stiches in the eye lid if possible. I will then dispute the charge because they should not charge me full price again in 3 days to do it again! I will never go back because of the delay in getting in and the inconvenience and over charging to this surgery.
This place is the worst experience I've ever had to deal with taking my dogs to a animal clinic. The staff are rude and don't care at all about the fact that you are a paying customer. They don't explain anything properly and have you waiting hours before they attend to you. I will never go back there again. The doctor himself is very non caring and rude at the same time . These are not good people who love animals..They are rude and it's obvious they don't know anything about good customer service. I rate them with negative... read more
Wish I could give 0 stars! Due to the lack of compassion and communication our family dog and her 8 puppies died. We took her 5 times in 1 month, 3 of those in the same week and we kept getting the same story that what she went through was NORMAL. Well guess what it WASN'T she died in my mother's arms and one of the other vets at the same clinic said her death was PREVENTABLE.
