Seemed like a good enough place , trailors are the smallest you can come by. The rent is over priced and fees are outrageous. A normal size person can not fit in the shower and there is horrible phone coverage in the area. My husband left for the weekend and had his electric disconnected ,which caused him to come back to spoiled food in the refrigerator.
