I have been here 2x. Both times I saw the dentist for under a minute. I absolutely loved the receptionist and appreciate all the help they were. I had a filling scheduled but cancelled it after reading all of the bad reviews that justified my feelings were correct.
Dr Fanz was short and rude. She was in my room less than a 30 seconds and just walked away. A thorough examination was not done. When I expressed my concerns about my situation Mindy got offended and became hostile as well.
Don’t go here, they’ve missed several cavities I’ve had that have caused them to turn into back to back abscesses.
So this was my last time coming back here just because of a couple reasons but I'm giving this place two more stars than I would have before my last visit because this time I was welcomed with open arms. The dental assistant was really nice and made me feel comfortable being there. I have dental anxiety really bad so this made me feel happier about being there. So accommodating and referred me to a dentist that accepted my insurance for a root canal. I was so stressed out, and they made my experience so much better!
