Yesterday I picked up my Prius from Fanucci's after they did a relatively small repair. Not only did they do an excellent job on the repair but they also volunteered to return my rented vehicle to Enterprise for me AND they volunteered to clip on a small piece of trim that we noticed was loose AND they volunteered to remove the challenging adhesive that was left behind from the duck tape that was holding it in place...all with a smile.
