I had a deeply disturbing experience at this salon. When I politely asked the stylist to rinse my hair more thoroughly, he responded aggressively, saying “shut up and lay back.” Shocked, I asked, “Excuse me?”—at which point he escalated further, using profanities and highly inappropriate language. I had my first hair cut here today with Danny. He was absolutely amazing. He was very polite and did his job so well. I will definitely be coming back.
