1 time: solar nails were thin and the new growth quick to grow out from cuticle and showing new growth within a week on 5 out of 10 nails. 2nd trip: had to have new set put on within 2 weeks because the set look so bad. That trip, the guy was so bad he must have been new at doing nails. There were other workers coming up, looking at my hands, and talking to him - in their native language - then looking back at my nails and shaking their heads. He made them extremely thick, took a really long time, couldn't even get them remotely even in length. I had to tell him which nails weren't even - obvious that they weren't - some as much as 1/8 or more inch difference in the white french tips. 3 nails extremely thick so much that they looked arched and when they started growing out - 1 week later the end was turning under my finger - MY own nails don't do that when they are really long. Add to it, after putting the shellac on and having me put my hands under u-v, he went out to get something to eat and didn't come back after the uv machine stopped. one of the bosses came over and asked me if I was ready to leave. Then I told her that he hadn't even checked them, hadn't put any allow, etc on them. She looked at them, then started using her file - 'You won't like the nail growing out here- and started filing away. Finally she finished filing on most of the nails, and said 'okay?" I went and paid, walked to my car and noticed how horribly uneven the length of a couple of nails were, how rough on edges a couple were, and the bubbles were on at least 2 nails per hand. I'm sure he had never done nails before. (and they actually wanted him to do a pedicure for me? Not no, but hell no!" When I got to my car, a vehicle sped in to park and he jumped out saying, 'You leaving?" I said, "Yea... done!" and got in my car. Within a week, the very thick ones were even more obviously fake nails as new growth started showing. At least 4 of the rough edges along the cuticle had to be filed down to keep from snagging on things. I couldn't even run my fingers through my hair without hair getting caught under the left index solar on my left index. I'm glad I take care of my cuticles and wash my hands a lot and made sure nothing got in under that mess because today I went to Nail City and had my nails done two weeks after the poor job done at Fantasy. Everyone at Nail City looked at my nails and told me, 'Yes, they are way too thick and the roughness at the edge where new growth is at the cuticle is NOT normal. (and they saw it after I had filed on each rough edge. Wasn't my filing - would have been worse.) I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. 1 STAR was what I had to give to post a review. And to add insult to injury: Nail City was 10 dollars cheaper.
