This is my third time coming to Ken, who I was referred to, he does does great work but is not considerate of my time. I booked an appointment at 6 for an acrylic removal and full set. When I get there he is working on someone else and another lady tried to help me. I explained my appointment was with him and asked how long I have to wait, and she told me 35 minutes. Pretty disappointed in my nails. I blame myself for just stopping into any salon. I should have been better research. I wanted dip on my nails. First red flag which I wish I spoke up but she dipped my nails right into the container. She used so much of the harder that some parts are thicker then other. Other they are super thick.
