I asked for a number 1 trim (3mm) and clearly explained what I wanted — but I was given a 1mm cut instead at the top and back, which is way shorter than what I requested making me look like i have no hair
Yvonne was lovely and very welcoming. I am a larger lady and the hairdressers can be a daunting experience with small chairs and wash stations. Fantasy Hair Studio has large comfy couches in the waiting area. Yvonne also changed to a larger wash station, checking in regularly to make sure I was comfortable. On top of that she gave me a fabulous new style cut, from long, poorly managed hair to a sleek bob and side swept fringe. I’ll definitely book with Yvonne again.
