My mom and I went here and layed away a prom dress , the dress was \$353.00, We payed \$50.00 down on it. We found the same dress , that was last year dress a \$100.00 cheaper. I called the store and told them that I didnt want a refund, I would like to use the money on a tux rental or anything else in the store, they would not let me! I just feel like this is bad business. I wish I would have read the reviews before going to the store, These ladies know nothing about dresses and I think they were just threw in this store be... read more

I ordered a bridesmaid dress from there for a friends wedding. When it came in in was 3 sizes too big. I called on Saturday to see when I could bring it in and was told I could Monday. I explained to the lady that I work 8-5 and since they close at 5 there was no way I could do that so she told me they could stay late. Tuesday my fiance called to ask them if I could come after work, they said no so I called. I told her I had been told that they would stay late for me so she told me I could bring it Thursday. We had the same issues as the other reviews state, the tuxes for myself and my groomsmen were too big, and their vests were wrong as well, the lady that did our order refused to fix anything and also charged more than originally stated, thanks for making me and my groomsmen look a size or two bigger than we actually are at my wedding Fantasy Formals, very professional of you. Note to everyone, avoid this shop if you can.

I went in to purchase 2 dresses - there was no customer services whatsoever. Thank God I had a friend with me. I did not purchase a dress from them nor would I ever.
