Service from Ivan, Jason and all involved at Pakenham was fantastic from the time I walked in the door and brought my van until the day I drove out with it. Always prompt at returning my queries about the van before and after I got it. Staff could not do enough for me. Love the van. It’s new interior is very bright and makes the van seem very spacious. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great affordable van.
Very happy with sales and after sales service. Ivan, Michael and Veronica great to deal with. Inverter died and was replaced without a problem. We chose Fantasy because quality Redarc equipment and how Ivan spoke with us on our first visit. Some other similar vans had cheap rubbish equipment or treated us like morons. Would recommend Fantasy without hesitation.
Today I got my new van MYSTIC 10. The white external is very beautiful, and the tare weight is only 1000KG. My car Camry can also tow it easily. And I also like the interior very much, It has a bathroom, a shower, a refrigerator, and a double bed, which is very suitable for a small family like mine. My salesman HARDY is very professional, responsive, and attentive.
