DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! The new owner quoted me $1900 for Plantation shutters in my office. She blamed the high price on tariffs. PRICE GOUGING!! And said the lead time would be a few months. I then went to Home Depot who partners with California Shutters in Miami. They are installing the same type of shutters for $950 in 9 days!

Purchased new window coverings for my home in 2017. In 2024, had an issue with a few of them (delamination). I contacted Fantastic Windows, who promptly contacted the manufactured issuing all new window coverings under the existing warranty. All of this, thanks to the excellent customer service of Fantastic Windows. Thank you.
Charisse made it so easy to find the right blind in the right color for our dining room. Our duette blinds arrived quickly and installation was almost immediate. This is the second time we have used them and I happily recommend Fantastic Windows.
