Owner Charisse Rodriguez was nothing less than spectacular with her dogged follow-up on the warrantee on Hunter-Douglas shades we purchased 14 years ago from the original owner of Fantastic Windows. The hours she spent on follow-through didn't put a penny in her pocket but it sure earned our respect and gratitude. And, of course, this review. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! The new owner quoted me $1900 for Plantation shutters in my office. She blamed the high price on tariffs. PRICE GOUGING!! And said the lead time would be a few months. I then went to Home Depot who partners with California Shutters in Miami. They are installing the same type of shutters for $950 in 9 days!
I have been doing business with Fantastic Windows for about 15 years now. I started with the original owners and most recently I had my first transaction with the new owner. I am so grateful that the outstanding service was carried over and with even more diligence than I could've ever expected. Purchased new window coverings for my home in 2017. In 2024, had an issue with a few of them (delamination). I contacted Fantastic Windows, who promptly contacted the manufactured issuing all new window coverings under the existing warranty. All of this, thanks to the excellent customer service of Fantastic Windows. Thank you.
