This woman has no clue how to tell time, not even apologetic about it.. ridiculous I could hear her talking to her boyfriend about how I was a threatening customer because I brought up the fact that she was a half an hour late? What a basket case.
It is very frustrating to have an appointment scheduled for a haircut and then have to wait 40 min plus because the hairdresser is behind schedule. No updates on when will be with you other than be with you soon when I walked in at 1:45 for my appointment. Not good for your business keeping your customers waiting on your time table. Sorry couldn’t stay and wait all day for you, apparently my hair cut wasn’t worth your time. Don’t think I’d return anytime soon waiting like this again. DO NOT COME HERE ! If I could leave 0 stars I would . I first came here in nov to get a full platinum with a few low lights . (Reminder I’m already kinda blonde ). I messaged her before going in with a photo . She said she can definitely do it . And quoted me around $400 dollars to do the platinum like the photo . Reminder it was 95 percent platinum and maybe 5 percent low lights but she said she could do it . I arrived at 11 am and left at 6:30 pm .
