I messaged her before going in with a photo . She said she can definitely do it . And quoted me around $400 dollars to do the platinum like the photo . Scheduled a mens haircut appointment here at night with Betty despite reading the recent negative reviews. Left unsatisfied and feeling ripped off. The owner is not gentle with the comb, it'll feel like she's pulling your poor hair right out of your head. Haircut was rushed and little care was taken to make it look good. Betty consistently delivers the best cuts and colors I've ever had. Before I became her client a year or two ago, I was paying three to four times as much for haircuts that were always *almost* what I wanted. But with Betty, I can describe the look I’m going for, show her a few inspiration photos, and she just gets it. She cut my hair in 5 minutes and when I got home and started checking it out it was all uneven she missed spots And totally didn't cut my bangs. And it wasn't even an employee who cut my hair. I had an appointment she was already working on someone and flew through my haircut so she could get back to the other person.
Went in for a wash and haircut she told me nothing about not being able to take me says she’s just finishing up take a seat. Someone walks in with a bigger service she said let me check my schedule then looks at me and says she doesn’t have time but doesn’t turn the other lady away. Very unprofessional and rude. Really bad first impression of the salon
