First interaction: I went to go drop off a device for my husband. Front desk lady lacks etiquette. Comes across quite rude. Second interaction: My husband was told I could pick up the cpap machine for him at 1pm. I show up at 1pm. Their was a sign that said they were out for lunch until 1:15. Edit: The owner David contacted me and Personally apologized. I can appreciate that and I like that it’s a family run business. Hopefully I will get this sleep test soon. My insurance company referred me to this company as they were in network. In the beginning things were going fast and smoothly. The staff seemed attentive and kind. Well I paid my invoice for the at home sleep test May 7th and then no correspondence at all. I have called now maybe five times trying to find out when I will be receiving the sleep test. EDITED: 1 changed to 5 Within 12 hours of my complaint and review, the owner of fantastic sleep, David, was not only able to get another Dr to sign off on my results and had them emailed to me, but also refunded me for the procedure for time restrictions. The attentiveness David showed towards me getting my results quickly was very much appreciated. …………. The sleep study experience was very easy and much more pleasant than expected. I must note I commend David's quick response and immediate action to rectify a billing concern. This is a local small business, which I prefer to support. I recommend Fantastic Sleep, David will make sure you are well cared for.
experience with the owner David and staff member Craig was very pleasant. through with CPAP machine operations and took the time to answer any questions i had. i would recommend Fantastic sleep to other folks that suffer with sleep apnea.
