Paid almost $900 for full spring clean with inside and outside windows including upstairs windows and steam clean of carpets. Arrived with no ladder and no extension pole. The windows they did clean had smudges and runs all down the window. Left grime around many doors, windowsills, didn't mop the floors and didn't steam clean the carpets. All the offered was $255 compensation. Shonky dealings. Will never use again and recommend you don't either
