I went to the Howard location for a cut and style for my birthday. The woman that did my hair did such a horrible job that I had to tell her to stop hairspray my hair because it was all matted down and looked greasy!!! when I got home, I had to re-curl my hair because what she had done was so brutal. When she was drying my hair, she kept pulling my hair more than 30 times. When she was curling my hair with curling iron, she burnt me! I came in yesterday as a walk-in client within the last hour or so before closing. I wanted a dramatic change, to go back to short hair after a few years of growth, so I asked to cut off 10-14 (?) inches of hair for a pixie cut. Jenna was so incredible at transforming my hair, showing me different styles as we got shorter and shorter until I was happy with my new style.
