I would give this place ZERO STARS if I could. Why? Because I did not receive a haircut. I called this location's number and a nice lady answered the phone and scheduled me on the same day for 4:10. Upon arriving at 4:09, I found a note on the door that said "This location is temporarily closed due to shortage of staff. Our location at Division Street is still open".
