Fantastic Sams on Arlington/ Target center we had the BEST service from CECILIA. She was patient, listening to what we wanted, even during haircut asking how we would like certain areas cut. Haircut turned out Amazing!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CECILIA 😍
