Drove to this establishment at 4 AM because it said it was open on the website. It wasn’t. Do better.
Says it accepts walk ins so I went during open hours and it wasn’t open. No big deal, I made an appointment. I arrived 30 mins early and it was closed. They never showed up and I waited over an hour and called several times. No response.
Showed up for the 11 o'clock appointment with my spouse. No one was there. Doors locked. No one answering the phone. Sign says they open at 9 am. Gave up waiting at 1110. I booked online and put a card on file. Hopefully they won't charge me for a missed visit when they weren't even open for my appointment.
Made an appointment last weekend for this morning. Got there at 9 and saw the sign on the door. Stood outside until 9:20 and never saw anyone moving around inside or cutting the lights on inside. A waste of my time.
2 Children boys haircuts look awful and took over an hour for 2 cuts. Barely took any off the top and sides looked botched. Very disappointed. Still ask their dad to pay for it!
