Thoroughly enjoyed my appointments at this Fantastic Sams when Richard was the main stylist at the Hatfield location but I haven't enjoyed a cut here since, and twice I've scheduled Saturday appointments using their online system and both times the shop was closed with no phone call to indicate there was an issue with my appointment time and no note on the door indicating a later opening time. Bummer because this place was pretty convenient but I'll find a new stylist.
Amber always gives a great cut.
Tried to come here after school/work so my kid could get a haircut at 5pm and they were closed, even though it says 6pm when I looked it up 🤷 the sign outside says walk-ins welcome but I guess we'll take our business elsewhere.
Kourtney is a doll. She is friendly, patient and knowledgeable. She did a fantastic job on my cut! I couldn’t be happier.
Kourtney is the best stylist I’ve had, she’s been doing my hair for over a decade and I trust her with everything. She’s fantastic with color, cuts and everything in between especially curly hair and that’s something that’s hard to find. She’s always a great conversation too!
