I went online Saturday morning; there were plenty of available appointment times. My hair was long and I wanted a change; I took any available stylist when I booked online. My stylist was a beautiful young lady with a great personality and customer service; please do not judge someone with a few tattoos and piercings! Emma Petticrew was the stylist and she was AMAZING!! Kellie did an awesome cut for me! She asked me how I wanted it cut first and then how long from the prior cut. Then she went to work without hurrying, through her process which did not take long. She was friendly with lots of smiles, very pleasant calm demeanor. Highly recommend! Overall, easy to set up appointment and great experience with Kellie!
I scheduled highlights and a trim, after arriving for my appointment I was told it would take longer than expected and she couldn't put a dark color in my hair. She then asked me to come back in an hour and a half when she had more time. Don't schedule an appointment you can't handle.
This was my first time visiting Fantastic Sams, and Candi did an amazing job! I wanted natural-looking highlights, and she absolutely nailed it. Moved to the area last week and was dying to get my hair cut!! This location was clean, iand inviting! Jenna did a fabulous job with asking me questions every step of the wayI to ensure i was happy with what she was doing! I LOVE my hair cut and will definitely be back!
