My hair was matted and in bad shape-the guy working was so rude just kept repeating they weren’t going to come out etc. he didn’t have time to even attempt this just down right RUDE I went to Super Cuts and the girls there were a breath of fresh air!!! Had my knots on within 30 and gained a customer!!!
I must have caught them on a bad day because they were extremely rude and disrespectful right off the get-go. Definitely not a good look.
