I will never go to this salon again. The staff is so rude, from the moment I walked in. She also up charged me to increase the price an extra $100. I literally had to walk her over to the sign on the wall to show her how much it should cost. She wouldn’t even look up the notes from last time. Said she couldn’t find them. I said weird cuz on the phone I called and asked for my same girl. They said she no longer worked there but they had all her notes and could do it the same. Horrible experience. Stay away! This location is under new ownership and the owner is extremely DECEITFUL. She will force a ton of personality tests on her staff. She is a self proclaimed wealth & prosperity preacher/coach. Honestly, ripping tons of people off now that we have all connected and realize how corrupt she is. She asked me to hit a retail goal of $450. In return I would be given a chi lava blow dryer in bonus/incentive pay. They tried to overcharge me 60%. I went for a color and cut and signed the back of a receipt authorizing those 2 services at the listed prices. Several of them consulted on the color, as though neither had ever done this before. When one gal was almost done applying the color, she said she needed to go mix additional color. I normally have my cousin cut my hair but she moved to California, this was my first time at fantastic Sam’s, I had explained to the stylist that this was my first time and what as my plan, to take about 3 inches off, as she is cutting she’s telling me I’m going to need to cut 6-7 inches in total, she asked me how low and I placed my hand a few inches below my collar, armpit area, when she’s done having me position my head and I can see straight, my hair is cut straight all the way across TO MY NECK, I was completely devasta... read more

I think it's the best place around and You don't get Overcharged for a simple cut and the have to take notes on the cut. I just wish I knew that they were open
