I was very unimpressed and disappointed. She looked very unprofessional and she started off by changing my normal middle part and giving me the weirdest not middle and not side part. She fixed that after I asked her to and then gave me the worst face framing layers I’ve ever seen. I’m no hair stylist and I could tell her “technique” was really bad. Not really happy w/ the cut. She didn't layer it well/too dramatic difference from top layer to long v gradual length layers
First time customer and it was great. Easy booking online and prompt service. Kylie did exactly what I asked and she was so fun to chat with.
Beautiful salon, impeccable service.
My appt was at 4:30, I arrived at 4:25. Abby didn’t even seat me until 4:55. Nobody greeted me not even a ‘hello.’ I should’ve left, I knew something was off. I requested light highlights, waited the 15 min she thought it’d take, anothet 15 min goes by, then she puts me under a dryer while my eyebrows are tinting. My skin was stained, pieces of my eyebrows weren’t even dyed and when she washed out my hair I had to have her wash it out twice. When we got to her chair I literally still had bubbles in my hair.
