Marlene Q in Santa Barbara Blvd in Cape Coral - Appointments are not guaranteed !!! I had an appointment on Feb 10 at 3:40p for my 6yo. Turns out the hairdresser took a patron before my appointment that will make me wait 20' or more. Both the manager and hairdresser stated that appointments are not guaranteed comparing their salon with a doctor's office. If hairdresser takes a walk-in, the manager should immediately remove her availability online to avoid these situations ... lack of common sense!!!
