if i could give it a 0 i would. the lady who cut my hair ruined it. i had wispy thin bangs and told her i just wanted them trimmed and to trim my face framing pieces. and she made my bangs super thick and wide, cut off all my face framing and made them bangs. i look like i have a bowl cut in the front. they look terrible and are also super short. she was also super rough and was acting very rushed. this was not okay and now i have to wear headbands or pin my hair back until it all grows out. i left and immediately started ba... read more
