Ashley is a phenomenal stylist and the rest of the stylists (crew) there are great!
I took my 2 teenage boys to get a cut there yesterday. $58 for 2?!?! Plus tip. The last place we went to was $40. When I questioned the pricing she said there's an upcharge for using both scissors and clippers. What? Ridiculous. We won't be coming back at those prices. We'll stick to the other place. They do a better job, too. One of them I'm going to have to fix with a clippers with his choppy it is around the back.
Alicia Andrew's did a great job on my haircut. She was very knowledgeable on products that would work best for my hair type. Would definitely recommend her! Awesome experience overall!
Paid $200 for ghost color. Ice blue color was agreed upon at the appointment but color used was navy. After it was done informed that they didn't have the blue that was agreed upon and given instructions for how to strip the color. Emailed salon after fact to try and raise concern and received zero response.
