The Person who cut my hair decided to use thinning shears and Didn't turn out very well she wasn't told to do so she just decided to do it on her own I mean I know hair grows back but for $20 you should get a good haircut with your haircut even Every time I get a haircut it's Not even all the way around And I know they make tips they try to hurry but taking a little couple extra minutes to make sure it the hair is right would make a difference in their tips. Always uneven even with the manager cutting my hair.
Took my 12 year old son there. Expensive and the person cutting his hair was rough and in a big hurry. He is not happy with the haircut. Won't be going back.
I have never had a bad experience until yesterday when my daughter got a haircut. Pretty sure the girl was brand new... she cut my daughter's hair shorter than I wanted her to and it was so uneven!
A big shout out to Sami for a 100% professional service experience this morning and fixing my hair after the total bomb cut shortly before at a different salon she knew exactly what to do to fix it I'll definitely going back on a more regular basis. Thank you Don
