Rosie does a great job. Convenient if you live nearby in Laguna Beach and you’re looking for a quality haircut at a good price.
I wish I could give this place zero stars. I arrived early and I was greeted with OK. Sat for 15 minutes. Realized my 1:30 appointment was never going to be kept with this person because they were doing highlights and she was halfway through. The stylist could’ve easily told me when I walked in and I said I was early she could’ve said to me I’m running a little behind. Poor customer service experience, didn’t seem like she wanted to cut hair and was going to charge $60 for a child’s cut, same price as a high-end salon but with none of the amenities
