Friendly service and gave me exactly what I asked for. Couldn't be happier with my cut.
I had a very bad experience went in after work to get a trim I said no layers as I had been letting them grow out but not only did she take it upon herself to give me short layer on top but she also used thinning shears on my already thin hair. Never did she ask me. Mind you I was trying to relax had my eyes closed never did I think she would leave me looking like a chicken haircut.i will never go back and I definitely don’t recommend to anyone like previous review said only older women working there they do what they want.
I just called for consultations for spiral perm and I hate when they said I need to see your hair first … what if you live and hour from this saloon …. They are just money making faces ….
Was planning on making an appointment here but with everything I've been reading about Rosa ,I don’t think I’ll ever come to this establishment.
