I went in asking for layered hair for defined volume. I double checked twice to make sure they were capable of doing this. My hair was even and I don’t typically like it like that. They end up botching my hair not once but twice. I went in with long hair. They were suppose to not touch my length. I got so many compliments on how beautiful my hair was and how great it was I was not cutting it shorter. They botched my hair so bad I came out it with a bob haircut.
