Wish I could give a 0 star. First time at this place. Scheduled to have an appointment for 5:00. Waited for 45 minutes and was not helped. The woman who checked me in was so incredibly rude. Wish I could get the time I wasted back.Â
What I wanted versus what I got two days process and was told the second appointment would be free since we ran out of time was still charged and my hair is completely choppy that's not layers that is a butchered job and she styled it so that I couldn't see how bad it was before leaving. I am beyond disappointed and beyond mad at my experience as well as the fact I spent over $160 for a terrible job. I wanted layers and now I barely have any hair on my damn head !Â
