I did have a bad hair cut, but after talking with Kimberly their manager. We resolved my issue within the best way possible, and it really made me feel better that she called after seeing my review to talk about what happened and she apologized profusely. My hair will grow back and I have ways of handling it til that happens. I'm a happier customer now
I call at 10:04 in the morning and their sign on the door says that they open at 10:00 I called the store they tell me they don't know when they'll be open but they're not ready to open yet and then they just proceed to hang up on me
If I could put 0 stars, I would. Today I went in to get mine & my 2 daughters haircuts, we had just opened the door and hadn't even stepped foot in and this is what we were told "we closed at 6 it's 6:01, you need to leave" mind you, I called before 3pm to ask if they were by appointment and what time did they close. So I let it be known that I called beforehand. She said "well I don't know who you called but it wasn't us. I said yes, it was. She said, "Oh yea, what number did you call then?"
