get my 91 year old mother in law with dementia cleaned , dressed and brought her in. told the girl explicitly 'Short, short pixie, short". Upon picking her up, girl says " well I asked her". you were all told repeatedly she has dementia. every time we've come here. 20 + years. don't worry, we will go elsewhere. btw, service has gone downhill for a while.
I've been going to Fantastic Sam's for for my hair cuts for some 8 years and have been pleased. Even when I have had to change hair stylist the quality of my cuts have been consistent. They have great hours and have been on time for appointments!
