Told them I wanted a haircut for my kid. Fadya asked my child if they wanted it "styled". My child responded "if you want to" because they wanted to be polite!! Fadya never said she was going to charge me $25 extra to blow dry & hairspray my kids hair. Since when does this cost $25 extra?? And why wouldn't you ask the paying adult? I requested one haircut. Why are you charging me $50??!! I've been coming here for years and I've never been scammed here until today. Be careful y'all.
I looked through the reviews on stylists before going to my local Fantastic Sam's. I saw a lot of great reviews on Sanaa, so I booked her for my appt. I'm picky about how I need my hair style to suit me, so I have a tendency to over explain. I saw that many reviews stated that they showed Sanaa a picture of how they wanted their hair, and she said fine and the outcomes were exactly what the customer wanted, so I did the same. Sanaa is the BEST!! She is the only who does my hair exactly how I want it. She is so kind and makes you feel like a brand new person when you leave her chair. I got color, cut, and blowout. She truly did such a beautiful job and I cannot wait to go back to see her again. Highly recommend.
