Went in on 03/13 for my roots to be bleached and refresh the pink in my hair. After 3 hours I left and didn't pay attention to my hair as it was 8pm and I was tired. My head itched all the way homen why? Because the bleach was still on my hair/scalp in some areas and so was the pink dye. Once I got home and looked at my hair I realized that it was not only pink.
