shout out Messiah professional stylist she's so kind she's so patient with me. I am disabled due to my stroke . I had aphasia it means I have difficulty speaking. She makes me feel very comfortable and I'm always sure to book herthank you Messiah!

I went to 3 hair salons upon my arrival to Arizona. Each leaving my hair worse than the previous stylist. My hair was a disaster. I had my hair quite long and ended up cutting 6 inches. Yet, it still looked pretty bad. Just when I was ready to give up and cut it all and dye it all one color. I went into Sams without saying much quite upset that I had to do cut. The stylist examined my hair without saying much. She gave me a sympathetic smile and got to work. I wish I would have taken pictures of it. You would not believe the difference in texture and shine. I have highlight, style and curl again. No more straw hair. Thank you ladies. Hope to see you after this has settled down.

Will never go back. Been there a total of 4 times. First time, had to tell the girl how to cut my hair and told her twice that one side was longer than the other. 2 & 3 rd time, girls did awesome. Yesterday, the girl that did it last time was gone. So someone else cut it. She cut it way to short and still had to tell her it was not even. So upset. Had long hair to my lower back and now it's shoulder length when it's wet. Wanted it it just passed my shoulders when it was dry.

I got some red low lights today from Jaura. She did such a great job as she always does. I had the best day with the staff, I felt like I was in a 5 star salon. I will be back to see Jaura for sure.
