I’ve scheduled two appointments in the last three days with these guys, the first appointment was on Friday and they called me last minute to cancel and the second one was yesterday and nobody bothered to call me and tell me they closed at 2 o’clock when my appointment was at 3:15 after I drove all the way there. If you’re going to get your hair done there, I recommend just a walk-in because they do not know how to keep up with appointments.
my son had his hair cut this morning and it came out super choppy. I give 2.5 stars. the place was clean, but the haircut was not. there was no one else there and the girl cutting it seemed like she was i a hurry, regardless. will try a different place from here on out for our hair cutting needs.

I had my haircut there by Sandy and I was very pleased I'm going back again today as matter of fact
I like this location. I have donated my hair here a few times previously. About a month or two ago I did again. We brought my granddaughter in for a haircut and donation. We were just informed that they haven’t done that in a few years. When I mentioned that they just did mine. I was advised that they probably just threw it away after I left. This makes me very upset because I grew it out to help someone. So be aware of this before coming in for this reason.
I have never has a bad experience here like I have had with many other salons that you have to wait days to get into!
It was advertised haircuts for $9.95 on Fan Sam Washington facebook page, but they did not honor the price.
