Horrible experience from Alyssa. I asked for 1.5 inches off of my hair, which is what I normally ask for here and she ended up cutting close to 4 inches off. I had naturally long hair with light layers and face framing, and had to walk out with significantly shorter hair and choppy layers. I voiced that this wasn’t what I asked for and she had to have another stylist try to fix it, but didn’t improve it much better.
