I walked in(no appt.) and chopped off my hair and was out in 30 mins. Great job Bree Kay, I love my hair!
Sometimes things are crazy, but other times, incredibly awesome. No appointments makes time a but difficult to manage, especially when ever Tom, Dick and Harry decide to show up at the same time. let's remember to show kindness and understanding, rather than bitter impatience. My cut was for the purpose of relieving pressure on the neck due to a recent discovery of degeneration. The young lady who cut my hair was very understanding and did a very good job.

Just sat for over an hour waiting for a cut. people that came in after me went first? I said screw this and left. in my eyes you guys should pay me for my time. horrible service
They need to put a neon wait time sign in the front window. It would save lots of people the hassle of parking, getting out of their car, asking the wait time, being told 45-1 hr, then getting back in their car to drive to Monticello.
Usually shy away from FS because I feel they are a bit spendy on kids cuts, HOWEVER, yesterday we went in just because we were in desperate need of boys cuts, the wait was short, the service was good and actually it was the first "tear free" haircut for my 2 year old, not sure if it was the stylist or the fact that we were getting a "BIG BOY" cut, but the experience was GREAT.
Do a good job, friendly and get me in on time. Gone here for years and never had a bad experience.
