I walked in with very specific reference pictures and asked her to cut off an inch, maybe two. she proceeded to cut off like four inches, make both sides uneven, and messed up my face framing really bad. i asked for a trim with light layers and cleaning up my face framing. i went and cried in my car afterwards it was so bad. edit: i got my hair cut by Emily and while looking at more reviews ive noticed that this is a reoccurring issue with her, and maybe i should have looked at the reviews before booking an appointment.

Consistent, beautiful coloring on my hair by Mya! Red hair is hard to do and she does a fantastic job! The price is great and the result is even better. I trust her with any hair cut or color I need!

I had an amazing experience today at Fantastic Sam’s - Waconia with my stylist, Maggie! I booked an appointment online and went in for a cut, full-foil, and eyebrow wax. She told me the pricing beforehand which was great, so I knew what to expect. It was much more affordable than I expected. My hair turned out so cute and she did an excellent job on my cut as well as my eyebrow wax. She was a great conversationalist and it felt like I was chatting with an old friend.
