Hello, I was there last week and the staff at Fantastic Sam is excellent. They seemed to know what they are doing and took great care to make sure I look good. The folks with negative comments must not have ever been there. Perhaps Google reviews have political motivations instead of truth
Had an appointment set for 11:30am today. Got there and doors are locked and nobody in sight. Extremely Disappointed.
Wanted to shout out to Sonia 😁 I have long hair and she always colored/cut my hair perfectly. Thank you and I will miss you.
The absolute worst place for anything needing done. I have given this location and staff 3 chances now and each time it has been horrendous. This last time I had an appt for 3pm for highlights. It is 3:30pm and I'm still being waiting to be seen. When I walked in the lady said have a seat. Nobody has bothered to say much more. I am absolutely done with this joke of a location.
