Wanted to shout out to Sonia 😁 I have long hair and she always colored/cut my hair perfectly. Thank you and I will miss you.
The absolute worst place for anything needing done. I have given this location and staff 3 chances now and each time it has been horrendous. This last time I had an appt for 3pm for highlights. It is 3:30pm and I'm still being waiting to be seen. When I walked in the lady said have a seat. Nobody has bothered to say much more. I am absolutely done with this joke of a location. Yesterday early afternoon I had fell witness to a hairstylist verbally abusing one of her clients, A young lady came in who obviously had some mental health issues was ridiculed for not having her hair brushed before her appointment. It’s absurd to believe that as a hairstylist, you can’t have compassion for those who are struggling and give her credit for even coming in to get it done. I do not recommend this location to anyone.
I really would give this place a 5 star! I love Joyce and Olga! But twice,( including today), I was told it takes too long to blow dry my hair. It's is the same person, I dont know her name. I make appointments ahead of time, explaining what I am wanting and when Joyce schedules me with her, she just doesnt have the time. IF I go back, it will only be with Joyce until Olga gets back!
Got there and found out they don't accept walk-ins. Online info does not communicate this. Wasted my time.
