This was the first time getting my hair cut at FS. I made my appointment online. Arrived 10 minutes early and had no wait time. And Julia was so friendly! And did an amazing job on my haircut! I'm Literally obsessed
Showed a photo of what I wanted and was told “We can for sure do this.” My instructions were open and clear but the finished product was nowhere near what we had talked about. Nowhere near what I was promised. It’s ridiculous to go somewhere and spend the amount of money I did on a promise that wasn’t kept. I was told I was going to leave the location with exactly what I wanted but left with only pure anger. If you can’t do something then don’t tell a client you can.
Ashley has cut my hair a few times. Today she colored, added some highlights and gave me a haircut. I absolutely love the way it looks. The price is very reasonable too. Love it!
The whole point of me going there was to get the front and back sides of my head cut an inch but the person who cut my hair who I told I want the front FRONT and back of my hair cut decided to take atleast 2 inches off the back so it could fill in her not doing the front my head I mostly wanted the front but yet not even and centimeter was cut off of it. Why become a someone who cuts hair for a living but then forget that most important thing IS TO LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS
