I did call to schedule a keratin treatmen because online system not work . And stylist hang up phone on me. Very rude. I never recommend them!!!!

I walked in and asked if they accepted walk ins the guy was very nice and respectful and told me that he was booked but that they will have another stylist come in at 10:00 if I wanted to wait or come back , I told him that I would wait for her with no issues . She came in brought me to the chair washed my hair no issues , she took me to her chair to style my hair and told me that she was going to blow dry my hair and then style it with curls due to that’s what I wanted . Had an appointment for 3:15, and they called me to the chair at 4:00. I asked for dark red/burgundy highlights, and I even showed them a picture of the exact hair color I wanted, and then I left the salon with magenta highlights. When I left the salon my hair was still kinda wet so it seemed darker, but when it dried it turned even lighter to a magenta pink shade. Never coming back here again and now I have to fix my hair by myself with box dye.

Had a consultation and when I showed up the hairstylist was unable to do the up to that was talked about previously. I had to leave. To hire someone else to do the up do for the event.
