Bessie has been cutting my hair since I first meet her at another salon in 2011. She is a superior stylist that you are fortunate to have on your staff. I did notice that the salon was quite chilly while I was there. Are they experiencing heating issues?
I love this salon! Shirley will be my preferred stylist from now on! She listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly!
Yesterday, a hairstylist got ill and Keyla had to call the ambulance. She called her store manager and a lady named Rita. None of them showed up. No care for their employees at all. The lady had to wait for my foils to get done. Then Keyla had to finish drying the poor client’s hair while I waited for my foils. I was there from 1pm to 4:30pm. I hope the hairstylist is doing well but management was nowhere to be found. Sad. My hairstyle - perfect - Keyla always does a good job.
Andrea was super great cutting my hair, and she was very profectional, and knew what she was doing.
