Sierra did an amazing job on my hair.
Brought my 4 yr old to get her haircut. Afterwards they would not dry her hair because they said they don’t do that unless I wanted to pay extra for styling! It’s cold outside and the $13 did not even include drying her hair! Absolutely horrible service. We will never be back at a fantastic sams EVER again!
Absolutely do not take your children here. The assistant manager cut my child’s hair and was rude and acted impatient with my child.when he has always been applauded for doing so well at the salon. She got agitated when I kept telling her his hair needed more attention. She stopped as if she was done, without even touching the back! I had to pay and leave. I left and took him to a different location who was also appalled at the work they did. I couldn’t really complain their because it was he assistant manager who did it.
