I have been going to this place to get my hair cut for a few years, well since they opened here in town really. I went there the other day and I saw on the door the "winter hours" they closed at 6:30pm, ok no problem, it is 5:45 there are 2 of us, no line, 2 stylists - all should be well. WRONG-O!!!
