Raquel destroyed my hair 😢. I told her twice just a trim at the top and she cut more than half off. The left side is completely different than the right side. I have basically a new style that I don’t like and I spent months grooming my hair to what it was before Raquel ruined it. Pictures for Christmas are ruined. And what’s with her attitude???
