I can't believe I was charged for a blowout when I NEVER asked for it or was told about it. I asked for a normal cut $20 (wash, massage, cut, and blowdry NOT style) and apparently the "blowdry" the girl did was considered a blowout. Well if you consider what you did a blowout then you might as well go back to beauty school because it looked terrible and was charged $11 for it when I thought you were doing a blowdry just like it was stated in the pricing board. NEVER go here unless you expect to be cheated out of your money.
Have a wonderful experience at this salon. My entire families, even my out of area families member come here and no where else. The stylist name Linda is the one I normally have to take care of my two daughter and myself but if she not there everybody will do just fine. They take good care of us. Love it here. Fyi- hopefully Linda will stay at this Fantastic Sam for a long time.
