I was at your salon 2weeks ago and asked for a cut style and highlites, I told the stylist that I had coupon on my phone and a paper coupon and which one will work for the wash, cut and style, she told she will asked another stylish, I did not get the cut I told her I wanted and the color for the highlite. Time to pay I show her the coupons and was told that the cut and highlites didn’t apply to my service I had done and also had to pay $15.00 to blow dry my very short hair. The cut was very uneven. I went back the next day to have someone it fixed it. Lisa was very helpful and fixed my cut. Lisa is an asset to your company her customers service is excellent.
