I loved my foil wraps from Noel. I highly recommend her she is an awesome colorists. Salon was very clean and all the staff friendly

The hair cuts here are hit and miss. Sometimes you will get a good stylist and another time you won't. I suggest you finding the stylist you like and keep going back to that same stylist.

I have been into this salon twice now, and I have to say that both stylist who did my hair: Kendra & Sierra were terrible. Sierra looked like a druggie off the streets with her hair shaved and very unprofessional clothes and shoes. Kendra looked professional, however she was very socially awkward and made me feel like just another customer on the list. To top it off, both cuts were jacked up. This place is amazing, it is a secret little gem. The girls there are so nice and talented. I'm recommending them to all my friends.

This is one of the best options if you are budget-conscious about doing your hair. I recommend Gladis as she is a great stylist. She is good at what she does, she listens and has great customer service.

worst experience ever! they told me my daughter had lice eggs in her hair and they would not cut it. She does NOT have lice.

Worst place ever!!! I had a local coupon...they didn't honor it! (Yet, it came from them!) My son came also. A complimentary shampoo and condition is supposed to be with every cut. They didn't do this for my son. His hair was pulled during the entire cut. The receptionist tried to charge me for a blow dry when my hair was dripping wet! Clearly, I didn't get a blow dry. No one spoke English. NEVER AGAIN!!!! I would definitely go to another salon!!!!

Superb cut!!! – I'm a natural girl with VERY tight/curly locks. I finally straightened my hair out to find all kinds of split ends that you never notice when you are used to wash n go. I made a last min appt at Fantastic Sam's and got Alex as a stylist...OMG he did an AMAZING cut while wearing my hair straight but the true test is always what will it look like when I go back curly. My Shirley Temples look absolutely phenomenal. I have body out of this world curly or straight...I couldn't ask for anything more.

Stay Away! – I stopped by here for a haircut today. I said I wanted a scissor cut, close on the back and sides and leave it long on top—just even it out a little. This guy, "Stephen" seemed to have no idea what he was doing. He kept referring to the lady at the chair next to us and it became obvious that she was telling him every little thing he needed to do. He stepped outside for a moment and I asked if he was new or something because he seemed totally lost. She said no, that he was good but he usually used clippers. When ... read more
