My experience was almost ditto to the review of the customer describing the " bait and switch". The sales approach was really smooth, almost magical. Nothing magical about the product though; Biscayne. Not what I went in for and was a surprise to see on the invoice after receipt. Exchanged for one of the same name after complaintive negotiation. This is a tough one for me. Technically I got what I ordered. But I thought I ordered something different altogether. I laid on a bed that had a Beautyrest Black label (a bed I have done a decent amount of research on). Quickly thereafter I was all set and told the gentleman I'd take two, one for each of my boys. The mattresses showed up today and I received something called a Nassau. Sure enough, that's what's written on my invoice.
