My husband and I had a couple massage here and it was good. When it was time to leave, the lady try to tell us how much they suppose to get tip and forcing it. Which is crazy. The issue is you don’t tell a person that spend money with your business how much they suppose to tip. Tip is based on service. We had no issue tipping but forcing someone to tip when they were already going to and then telling them how much they want in tip is crazy work and she refused to give us change. Not going back.
Very disappointing experience. My friend and I had appointments for 4:00 PM, but when we arrived, no one was initially available to take us. They eventually found someone, but never asked whether we preferred a male or female therapist and simply assumed until we clarified that we only wanted female therapists. There was absolutely no consultation beforehand. We were never asked what areas we wanted worked on, what areas to avoid, or what pressure level we preferred. We went to Fantastic Massage today while in town for our 45th anniversary. I had sore muscles and paid extra for CBD oil. My husband just wanted a relaxing massage. We both agreed the hour massage was one of the best we had ever had. The male and female who provided the massages. Knew what the were doing. My neck felt better than after any massage this year. I told my husband I would be willing to drive from our home 1.5 hours away for another one. We might even go back again before leaving Kissimmee.
Been coming here for a year and always got a good massage and HE. 3 nights ago I met with Alicia the new girl (fit spinner 26y/o) who surprised me with more.
